Status Determination Systems

WTS is working with ISB to implement a web services application that will automate the process of identifying criminal aliens, tracking them while in custody, and initiating removal proceedings. The development supports the functionality, efficiency, and ease of use required by the Law Enforcement Technicians (LETs) at the LESC.

Web Services and SOA Modernization
DHS - Immigration and Customs Enforcement (SDD)

WTS is working with Investigative Services Branch (ISB) to expand its development, maintenance, and support of web services. These web services provide mission-critical production dependencies to systems inside and outside of ICE by allowing multiple applications from several sources to communicate with each other using open protocols. In addition, WTS will support ICE coordination efforts with program managers of other sharing systems to ensure a high level of quality for ICE data offerings.

Law Enforcement Centralized Access Development
DHS - Immigration and Customs Enforcement (SDD)

WTS is working with Investigative Services Branch (ISB) to develop the Law Enforcement Centralized Access Development (LECAD) interface will create a tailored user experience suitable for the diverse user roles involved in the business process. It will provide a consolidated array of information and systems from current law enforcement systems and items identified during the course of development to authorized users in a neatly managed single screen.

Office of International Affairs Visa Security
DHS - Immigration and Customs Enforcement (SDD)

WTS is working with OIA to enhance and promote the ICE mission of protecting the United States by developing a Visa Security Program Tracking System. This system will allow foreign and domestic counterparts to combat criminal and terrorist activities by providing centralized tracking and law enforcement information to personnel stationed in 50 different overseas international locations in 39 countries.

Architecture and Systems Assurance Support
DHS - Immigration and Customs Enforcement (Architecture)

WTS is working with the ICE Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) to evaluate the stability of IT systems by conducting end-to-end testing that measures system capacity, response time, and throughput among other parameters. In addition, WTS implements and operates a Performance Testing process that follows a methodology to coordinate, plan, execute, and document the results of required testing activities during the full-life cycle of development projects.
